Schools
This is a great opportunity to take a class or school challenge that will benefit the families of your school.
You can choose the best time to take it.
Make it an exciting challenge for everyone — even the teachers!
Suggestions and Ideas for Your School's Challenge
- Put up a poster in your school or have an assignment to create your own posters.
- Send home a flyer or information in your newsletter and email parents information on the challenge.
- Send home the Tips sheet with the students.
- Send home information to the parents to get them involved.
- Survey Students before and after on their screen viewing habits.
- Brainstorm in class for creative ideas to do with your new found time.
- Keep a chart that counts down the days and hours.
- Have daily class reports announced by students who give updates, share ideas and words of encouragement to the school.
- Play the "Take Back Your Brain" song each day to generate excitement.
- Make the creativity contest a class assignment. Submit the top entry to our annual contest. Have your own school prizes.
- Have a school assembly on the last day and invite parents.
- Make up TV-VG FREE t-shirts (contact us if you would like permission and a high resolution image of the logo to print your own shirts).
Please share with us your week! We'd love to see photos and any great artwork you do!
